For his album “Nine Perfect Strangers,” Keith Urban has released a new song called “Crimson Blue.”
Keith Urban has a new album out.
On Monday, the 53-year-old country music singer released the song “Crimson Blue.”
Urban sings about “returning to the stars that we’re made of” in “Crimson Blue,” in which he challenges his own existence.
“Am I dreaming or am I fully awake? / Would I be able to get out if I could discover the key? He sings, “Caught between the ledge and letting go / Nothing’s the way it was anymore.”
For the Hulu series Nine Perfect Strangers, Urban wrote the original song. Urban’s wife, actress Nicole Kidman, stars in the drama series, which is based on the Liane Moriarty novel.
Urban released “Crimson Blue” ahead of its premiere on Wednesday’s conclusion of Nine Perfect Strangers.
Nine Perfect Strangers is a documentary that follows a group of nine strangers as they seek healing and transformation at a small health and wellness facility. Melissa McCarthy, Michael Shannon, Luke Evans, Bobby Cannavale, Regina Hall, and Samara Weaving feature in the series.
Urban’s third single of 2021 is “Crimson Blue,” following the tracks “Out the Cage” with Breland and Nile Rodgers and “Wild Hearts.” In September 2020, he released The Speed of Now Part 1, his 11th studio album.
