Jackson and Murray are the top quarterbacks in Week 3 fantasy football rankings.
My Week 3 fantasy football quarterback rankings for 2021 feature Lamar Jackson and Kyler Murray at the top.
Russell Wilson, Patrick Mahomes, and Aaron Rodgers complete my top five Week 3 quarterbacks. In my top ten, I also have Justin Herbert, Josh Allen, Matthew Stafford, Kirk Cousins, and Dak Prescott.
If you’re short on quarterbacks this week, Daniel Jones, Justin Fields, and Jimmy Garoppolo are among the quarterbacks I’d consider starting.
Due to Week 2 injuries, quarterbacks Tyrod Taylor, Carson Wentz, Andy Dalton, and Tua Tagovailoa should all be benched.
In this week’s top 20 quarterback rankings, here are some of my favorite players:
SHELF AT THE VERY TOP
Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens leads the NFL in rushing yards and is the sixth-highest scoring fantasy football quarterback at his position.
Jackson passed for 239 yards and one touchdown last week and ran for 107 yards and two touchdowns. In Week 3, when the Ravens face the Detroit Lions, he should put in another outstanding effort.
Last season, the Lions gave up the most passing touchdowns and fantasy points to quarterbacks. Through two games in 2021, they’ve allowed the third-most passing touchdowns (six).
In this contest, Jackson should throw at least two passing touchdowns and rush for at least 80 yards and another touchdown. For Week 3, he’s my favorite quarterback.
Through two weeks, Kyler Murray is the best fantasy football quarterback. In Week 2, the Arizona Cardinals quarterback threw three touchdown passes and ran for another. In Week 1, he tossed four throwing touchdowns and ran for another.
Murray should have similar numbers when the Cardinals face the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3.
Last season, the Jaguars gave up the fourth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. In Week 2, they gave up 328 passing yards and two touchdowns to Denver Broncos quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.
Murray is my second choice.
The Los Angeles Chargers’ Justin Herbert is my No. 6 quarterback for Week 3. Herbert threw for more than 335 yards in each of his first two starts, but only two touchdowns.
In Week 3, when the Chargers face the Kansas City Chiefs, I expect him to throw at least three touchdown passes.
Through two games, the Chiefs have given up the ninth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. This… Article Summary from Nokia News
