After 11 seasons on ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ Cynthia Bailey has decided to leave the show.

After 11 seasons on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Cynthia Bailey is stepping down.

The 54-year-old media personality announced her departure from Bravo’s reality show in an Instagram post on Monday.

Bailey added, “I have made the extremely tough and personal decision not to return for the next season of Real Housewives of Atlanta,” after much thinking and consideration.

“Thank you for almost a decade of partnership, NBC Universal, Bravo, and Truly Original. She said, “I can’t wait to see what we do next!”

Bailey then thanked her RHOA co-stars for 11 years of “the most wonderful & UNFORGETTABLE moments!”

“I am extremely grateful for this incredible experience, and I am looking forward to new adventures,” she said.

Bailey also expressed gratitude to followers for their love and support throughout the years.

“Most importantly, I want to express my gratitude to my fans! Without your blessings, love, and support, I would not have been able to achieve it. None of this would be possible without the fans. “I adore and respect each and every one of you,” the celebrity said.

“It’s time to move on to my next chapter, and I can’t wait to share it with you all,” she said at the end of the piece.

Cynthia Bailey (@cynthiabailey) shared a post.

In the comments, Bailey’s former RHOA co-star Claudia Jordan, Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant, and former Real Housewives of New York star Dorinda Medley were among those who expressed their support for Bailey.

“To the very end, class, beauty, and positivity. My friend, I adore you and am very proud of you! Jordan wrote, “I’ll see you shortly.”

“Congratulations, Cynthia!” Bryant continued.

“Incredible and forever iconic! @cynthiabailey, I adore you!” Medley remarked.

Bailey first appeared on RHOA in Season 2. She discussed her future with the show on The Wendy Williams Show in June, with host Wendy Williams telling Bailey she should be fired from RHOA.

“Let me tell you why,” Williams explained, “because there is nothing more thrilling you can give us.” “I don’t want to see you fight, I don’t want to see you get divorced. Like, I think it’s time.”

Bailey married her husband, Mike Hill, in October 2020.

RHOA completed its 13th season in May and co-stars Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Porsha Williams and Drew Sidora.
