Before Alabama’s game, ESPN’s host has another message for Lane Kiffin.

ESPN analyst Michael Wilbon is sticking to his guns when it comes to Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin.

Earlier this week, when discussing this afternoon’s matchup between the No. 12 Rebels and the No. 1 Crimson Tide, the Pardon the Interruption host called Kiffin a “clown” and an “embarrassment at multiple stops.” ”

During a press conference on Wednesday, Kiffin reacted quickly to the criticisms, questioning Wilbon’s professionalism. Wilbon, on the other hand, seemed unfazed by this response. When discussing today’s matchup with David Pollack of College GameDay, the PTI host explained his stance on the Ole Miss coach, making a bold promise. “Listen, if Ole Miss wins that game, I’ll be on this show on Monday or Tuesday.”

If they get me an Ole Miss jersey, I’ll wear it if he can beat Nick Saban,” he said. “That game isn’t going to be won by them.” They aren’t. I know everyone thinks it’s fashionable, but he’s a fantastic offensive coach. I like having a chorus of voices respond to what I said, which was basically that he’s been immature.

The Rebels’ high-powered offense has combined for 158 total points in their 3-0 start to the season.

In a 63-48 loss to Alabama last year, the former Alabama coordinator and his Ole Miss team gave the Tide a fight in Oxford, scoring nearly 50 points on Nick Saban’s defense. At 3:30 p.m., I’ll be heading into a hostile environment in Tuscaloosa. That performance will be difficult to match today at 2:00 p.m. ET. Nokia News
