After an automobile accident on Tuesday, November 2, which killed one 23-year-old lady, Henry Ruggs was released from the Las Vegas Raiders. According to authorities, the wide receiver was charged with DUI resulting in death and put into the Clark County Detention Center. Ruggs appeared in court on Wednesday morning, and a lot more information about the accident was revealed.
