The Winner of ‘American Idol’ Announces a Tour in Early 2022.

Phillip Phillips, the season 11 winner of “American Idol,” has announced that he will go on a tour with Jon Foreman in early 2022.

Phillips announced on social media that he will be on tour with @jonforeman in January and February. “For a list of dates, go to my website. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, November 5th, at 10 a.m. local time. “I’m looking forward to seeing you out there!”

The video connected to the post shows Foreman and Phillips joking over which website is the best for purchasing tickets, with both musicians claiming that theirs is better.

The tour is two months long.

Phillips’ website has a list of all of his forthcoming tour dates. The tour will stop in California, Arizona, Indiana, New York, Florida, Maryland, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New Jersey, and New Hampshire from mid-January to early February.

Phillips will be joined on the road by Foreman, a founding member of Switchfoot, a pop and Christian rock band. Phillips originally hinted at the tour when he shared a video on TikTok of himself performing Switchfoot’s “Only Hope.”

Then Foreman added a remark to the post, saying, “Bro — It’s fantastic! I believe we should collaborate on a few shows! “Do you want to join me?” Phillips said he’d love to, but a 25-city tour was announced two weeks later, indicating that this was planned long ahead of the TikTok exchange.
