Kathy Hilton’s property in Bel-Air has been remodeled.

Before the holidays and her daughter Paris’ forthcoming wedding to fiance Carter Reum, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” “friend” gave her backyard a significant makeover.

According to Showbiz Cheatsheet, Hilton’s present living arrangement is a far cry from her long-term residence in the Waldorf Towers’ 30th story apartment, where she lived with her family for years. She didn’t have her own yard to decorate back then, but she did have hotel amenities. The famous family’s move to California provided them with plenty of outdoor space, but there was still something missing.

Her old yard, according to Hilton, was “beautiful,” but “not functional” or “pleasant.”

“It appeared to be a good idea. But I discovered that we weren’t spending nearly enough time outside,” she continued.

Hilton and her longtime designer buddy, Mike Moser, decorated her garden refuge with an eclectic assortment of cheap objects to “bring the indoors, outdoors” as part of an Amazon Home partnership.

The Bravo personality appeared in front of a stone outdoor fireplace with new chairs facing it for shots of the finished renovation. She sat on a fresh couch and kicked her heels up in another posture.

New dining sets and a sofa designed by “Brady Bunch” alum Christopher Knight’s home furnishings company, Christopher Knight Home, are among the items included in her yard makeover. There are also new lounge chairs as well as one-of-a-kind items such as wicker baskets and a wood stump stool.

On the family’s vast stone patio, Hilton’s yard remodel also includes various sitting spots for entertaining.

While Hilton has the financial means to have her designer pals do all of the work, she has stated that she prefers to decorate her residences herself.

“On the last four houses I’ve lived in, I’ve worked directly with the decorators,” she previously told Home Textiles Today. I learned a lot about scale and budgeting while working on this project. I’m a pretty hands-on person.”

Hilton also stated that a “towel can change a room,” which may explain why she chose blue and white cabana beach towels to complement her new outside decor.
