ESPN’s Host Teases Jets GM Joe Douglas About His “Bottom 5” Roster

As the New York Jets’ downward spiral continues, it’s easy to point fingers at everyone involved.

We frequently hear the following complaints:

The defense is an embarrassment. Zach Wilson is a bust. The offensive line can’t block. The roster is too young and inexperienced.

Douglas is slammed by NFL analysts.

Following the Jets’ blowout loss to the division rival Buffalo Bills in Week 10 at MetLife Stadium, the general manager began to come under fire.

Douglas, who took over in 2019 and embarked on a long-term overhaul, has divided fans.

The “Badlands” podcast’s Joe Caporoso and Connor Rogers joined the fray.

Caporoso tweeted, “Cut it any way you want, Joe Douglas is 4-21 in his last 25 games as a general manager and 0-9 in the AFC East.”

Joe Douglas is 4-21 in his last 25 games as a general manager, no matter how you slice it.
