Insider says a fast-rising 49ers assistant could get head coaching interviews.

On January 10, 2022, “Black Monday” will occur, when NFL teams will decide whether to keep their head coach or post a new job opening online.

It’s also the time of year when assistant coaches are promoted to head coach with a new team, as was the case with Robert Saleh, who moved from the San Francisco 49ers to the New York Jets a year ago.

According to NFL insider Tom Pelissero, who released his list of “Young NFL coaches to Watch” on Wednesday, November 17, one of his former co-workers has been mentioned as a name to watch in NFL circles.

But don’t be surprised if he gets called in for an interview.”

When it comes to how he teaches the game, Ryans has already been described as a “hands-on” coach with his players.

There are signs that both Ryans may need another year or that he will be ready to take over as head coach of an NFL team in the near future.

Ryan’s Conundrum and Previous Achievements

Some may believe the Ryans, who are 37 years old, should stay in the Bay Area for at least another season:

As Pelissero previously stated, this is his first year in charge of an entire defensive unit.

Some NFL teams are on the lookout for a defensive mind to…
