Police say a man was shot and killed in a parking lot in Houston after an argument.

On Monday, November 15, 2021, police say a 26-year-old Houston man was shot and killed in a convenience store parking lot during an argument.

According to police, the shooter ran away from the scene.

Several officers were seen on video investigating outside the store on Meadowglen Lane shortly after 9:40 p.m. on Monday.

According to a press release from the Houston Police Department, William Smith was killed in the shooting.

“Officers responded to a reported shooting at the above address and found Mr.,” police said.

Smith was found dead in the parking lot of a convenience store.

According to the investigation, Smith had a brief argument with a Black male suspect before the suspect shot him multiple times and fled in a four-door sedan.” Police aren’t sure what the argument was about.

According to police, William Smith was fatally shot in the parking lot of a convenience store after an argument.

Investigators found a “slight disagreement” between the gunman and the victim outside the store before the shooting, according to Houston Police Homicide Detective Hernandez.

According to the video reviewed by detectives, the victim “was walking away when the suspect followed him and shot at him several times.”

The victim was pronounced dead on the scene, according to Hernandez.

According to police, family members of the victim were present at the scene after the shooting.

“We’re not exactly sure what the disagreement or argument was about,” she continued.

However, based on the video surveillance and the individuals’ body language, it appears that there was some sort of disagreement.

There was no physical fight, as far as we could tell.”

Hernandez described the suspect as a “light-skinned Black male around 20 years old.”

Hernandez describes him as “tall, normal weight.” He fled the scene in a gold sedan, according to Hernandez.

She claimed that two or three people witnessed the shooting.

She stated that there were no weapons found at the scene.

The Texas Medical Board has sanctioned five Houston-area physicians.

Police are seeking public assistance in locating the suspect in the fatal shooting.

According to a press release from the Houston Police Department, Homicide Division Detectives L Kauffman and A Hernandez are investigating the fatal shooting.

As of November 17, 2021, there had been no arrests.
