Josh Peck to Appear on iCarly Reboot as a Guest Star: ‘It Feels Very Full Circle’

Miranda Cosgrove and Josh Peck first met on the set of Drake and Josh in 2004.

Megan and Josh are reuniting for the first time in their lives.

Josh Peck will make a guest appearance on season 2 of iCarly, reuniting on screen with his former Drake and Josh costar Miranda Cosgrove, according to Nokia News.

Carly’s “aggressive manager,” Paul, will be played by Peck.

The episode, which has yet to air, will see Paul butting heads with Freddie when his “ambitious” management techniques clash with the group’s normal operations.

Carly will try to please everyone while keeping both Paul and Freddie on her side.

“When they announced the new iCarly, Miranda and I talked about finding something fun for me to play,” Peck said of his upcoming appearance to Nokia News. “Being back on the iCarly set after all these years feels very full circle, and I love getting to work with Miranda, Nathan [Kress], and Jerry [Trainor] again.”

I’m ecstatic to be a part of what they’re doing.”

Between 2004 and 2007, the former Nickelodeon stars appeared on Drake and Josh as step-siblings.

In the years since the show ended, the two have remained close friends.

Miranda Cosgrove Teases An iCarly Reboot With Josh Peck: ‘There’s a Good Chance’

Following Drake and Josh, Cosgrove joined iCarly in 2007 and stayed until the show’s cancellation in 2012.

Meanwhile, Peck has continued to act (most recently in the Disney(plus) series Turner andamp; Hooch) and has built a successful Internet content creation career.

Earlier this month, Cosgrove, 28, hinted at Peck’s involvement.

“I think there’s a really good chance he’ll be in the second season,” she told E! News. “I don’t know exactly what the character is gonna be, but you know, Josh and I are friends, and he was nice enough to say he’d do an episode.”

The iCarly revival has been renewed for a second season.

In 2021, Paramount(plus) relaunched iCarly, which follows Carly as she matures into an adult, including her decision to re-launch her once-viral web show for a more mature audience.

Original cast members Jerry Trainor and Nathan Kress join Cosgrove in the revival.
