China warns the US over Taiwan not to “stir up a bigger crisis.”
In the course of military exercises Saturday near the Taiwan Strait, Taiwan claims to have seen numerous Chinese aircraft and naval vessels.
In response to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taipei, which Beijing believes has cast doubt on its claims of sovereignty over the self-governing island, China on Saturday warned the US not to “stir up a bigger crisis” over Taiwan.
