The men’s fours team from India won its second medal in the lawn bowls competition at the Commonwealth Games after falling short to Norther Ireland in the championship match on Saturday.

After the men’s fours team settled for a silver medal on Saturday after losing to Norther Ireland in the final, India earned its second medal in the lawn bowls competition at the Commonwealth Games.

In favor of Northern Ireland, the final score was 18-5.

The Indian team was led by Sunil Bahadur, followed by Navneet Singh, Chandan Kumar Singh, and Skip Dinesh Kumar.

After defeating South Africa 17-10 in the women’s fours final on Tuesday to give India a historic gold medal, the women’s quartet of Lovely Choubey (lead), Pinki (second), Nayanmoni Saikia (third), and Rupa Rani Tirkey (skip) are now in the final.
