A fitness influencer reveals her postpartum transformation, including how she gained a six-pack six months after giving birth.

A fitness trainer and influencer is proudly displaying her amazing postpartum transformation — and revealing how she regained her ripped six-pack just months after giving birth.

Yanyah Milutinovi, 34, of New York, gave birth to her second child, Vuk, on June 30, 2021, six months ago.

She couldn’t get up off the couch without assistance after giving birth to her son with her police officer husband, Risel Martinez, 31.

She began doing exercises to help her body get stronger three days after giving birth, and she was back in the gym two and a half weeks later.

Yanyah, who worked out regularly throughout her pregnancy, was squatting 225 pounds five weeks after giving birth.

‘I was in labor for seven hours, but I pushed my 9-pound son out in less than 30 seconds,’ she told Jam Press.

‘It’s incredible, and I’m so proud of myself and my body.’

Despite the fact that Yanah, who lives with her husband and older daughter Smiljana, three, was initially very weak, she wanted to get back into exercising as soon as possible.

‘I started with breathing exercises and pelvic floor workouts three days after labor, but I was back in the gym two and a half weeks later,’ she explained.

‘In postpartum, my focus was on my healing and physical performance, not so much on the aesthetics.’

‘I’ve safely rebuilt my strength after giving birth over the last four months.’

In many lifts, I’ve even exceeded my strength, lifting far more weight than I’ve ever lifted before.

‘I went from being unable to get out of bed without assistance to being able to squat 405 pounds.’

‘I went from being unable to pick anything up off the floor to deadlifting 315 pounds for 10 reps with ease.’

Yanyah weighed 219 pounds when she went into labor, lost 29 pounds in the four weeks following her birth, and has maintained her weight of 194 pounds since.

‘My goal was to squat 225 pounds, which I achieved at five weeks postpartum,’ she continued.

‘My second goal was 315 pounds, which I achieved at nine weeks after giving birth.’

‘Then, at five months postpartum, I squatted 405 pounds for one rep and completed my big total of 920 pounds, which included a squat, deadlift, and chest press in under 60 minutes.’

People frequently ask her now that she is the mother of two children…
