Producer of The Masked Singer calls Abbie Chatfield “a natural born star.”
Executive producer Tamara Simoneau praised new panelist Abbie Chatfield on Friday’s episode of The Masked Singer Australia.
In an interview with Mediaweek, Tamara referred to the 27-year-old former Bachelor runner-up as a “powerhouse.”
She praised Abbie Chatfield, calling her “just an absolute natural born TV star” and “such a super sleuth.”
She is a social media powerhouse, says one.
I believe that her social skills and her use of them to uncover the identities of those hiding behind masks are her superpowers, the speaker continued.
It happens after Abbie spoke to Yahoo Lifestyle on Friday about her career and her new role on the show.
She expressed her delight at landing the role of judge on the popular series and expressed her shock at following in the ex-panelist Jackie O’s footsteps.
When she was interviewed on Kyle and Jackie O three years ago, Abbie recalled how thrilled she had been.
“Now that I have my own radio show, I’ve taken over Jackie O’s role on The Masked Singer,” she continued.
Radio host Chrissie Swan, Mel B, and Dave Hughes are the other judges for The Masked Singer’s upcoming fourth season, along with Abbie.
A “beautiful” congratulations message was sent to Abbie by Jackie “O” Henderson, who served as a judge on The Masked Singer Australia for the first three seasons.
Abbie continued, “I’ve had the support from previous judges,” and concluded, “I’m just so lucky to have this job.”
This week, Abbie received yet another accolade.
The host of the national RnB Fridayz Live tour will be the influencer, it has been confirmed.
Shaggy, Macklemore, and Ashanti are just a few of the big names performing on the tour.
The Masked Singer’s newest season will debut on Channel 10 and 10 Play on Sunday, August 7.
