According to the New York Post, the Take My Breath singer – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – purchased the four-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in 2019 for (dollar)21 million.

The Blinding Lights singer’s bachelor pad, which takes up the entire top 18th floor of an incredibly exclusive high-rise building, boasts 7,950 square feet of pure luxury, complete with awe-inspiring views of the hills, city, and ocean thanks to its expansive ceiling to floor windows.

With a sprawling living room, a stylish wraparound sofa, and a large entertainment system, the home, which has views of the Hollywood Hills, Bel-Air, and the Los Angeles Country Club, provides plenty of space to host parties.

The Starboy singer’s kitchen, which features marble countertops, was even custom designed by Antonio Citterio, an Italian architect.

There’s also a gym, a salt water pool, a spa, 24 hour security, valet parking, and a helipad on the opulent property.

The views, which can be enjoyed from the four balconies inserted into each corner, are probably the most distinguishing feature of the penthouse.

The interiors, while resembling a bachelor pad, are equally impressive.

Each room is decorated with subtle pops of blue and red, as well as matching artwork.

After purchasing a luxurious pad with views of the Bel-Air Country Club that wasn’t even on the market, he decided to sell the unit.

According to the Wall Street Journal, media mogul Reinout Oerlemans and his wife Danielle had no intention of selling the stunning nine-bedroom mansion until the performers’ agents approached them.

The 33,000-square-foot mansion was purchased by the couple in June 2015 for (dollar)21.4 million and features 13 bathrooms, an indoor pool, spa, outdoor pool with waterfall, gym, sports court, and cinema.

The one-of-a-kind property is surrounded by 1.6 acres of garden and has a grand stairway entrance at the front.

He promised to keep making music ‘for as long as he can breathe’ after expanding his real estate portfolio multiple times last year.
